Please complete the following form to register for the 8U championship, or 6U best of the rest tournament. All teams must be registered no later than May 32nd in order to participate in the tournament. Cost for the 8U and 6U tournaments is $150 per team. Please pay at the concession stand prior to game time.

At this time we intend on having two pool games with single elimination, but this is subject to change depending on how many teams we actually have sign up.
